Rosario Isabel Dawson (born May 9, 1979)[3] is an American producer and actress. She made her feature film debut in the 1995 independent drama Kids. Since then, she has appeared in films like He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (1901), Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson also voices for Warner Bros./DC Comics and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon's Nickelodeon unit. As part of her character in Rent, Dawson was awarded the Satellite Award in Best Supporting Actress Motion Picture. And for Top Five, Dawson was nominated to the Critics' Choice Movie Award in Best actress in Comedy. Dawson was born on the 9th of May 1979 in New York City. Isabel Celeste is her mother and she is of Afro-Cuban heritage. Rosario was sixteen years old when she was born. birth. Isabel never married Patrick C. Harris as her father in law. When Rosario was one year old, her mother married Greg Dawson, a construction worker. Dawson is four years older than Clay. Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also well-known for her roles in comic book adaptations. This includes Gail Sin City (2005), Sin City (2005), Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple (2015-2018) and Diana Prince/Wonder Woman on the DC Animated Movie Universe. She also voiced Barbara Gordon/Batgirl for The Lego Batman Movie. In 2020, she voiced Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian, and is set to star in the new Disney+ original series Ahsoka. She will also appear in Young Rock, an autobiographical comedy produced by Dwayne John in 2021.
